PC: Click the right mouse button on the image and a menu will pop up. Select "Save Image/Picture As..." and then save the image on your computer.

Macintosh: Drag the image from this window to your desktop. OR, click and hold the mouse button down on the image for a moment. A menu will pop up, you should then select "Save Image/Picture As..." and then save the image on your computer.
